Can I make an order with different billing and shipping addresses?
Yes, you can. In this case, we need additional confirmation from you. We do this to ensure that your card is in your own hands.
The possible confirmation is:
A piece of identification with your billing address on it (your driving license, phone bill, some utility bill, etc.)
or
A copy of the credit card which you used to place the order, which bears your name and the last 4 digits of the credit card number visible (you may block out the rest of the numbers).
Please be sure that all copies you going to send us are clear and your details can be clearly recognized.
From where I will receive my medicine?
Delivery to European countries is made from our European branches only. Delivery to the U.S. and other countries may be from European as well as U.S. branches.
How much does shipping to my country cost?
Generally, the shipping cost is always the same $35 (US dollars) and does not depend on your country no matter how many medicines you buy (provided it is a reasonable amount for personal use). For some countries may apply a special terms, please consult our support or read carefully all notices after you create your profile and we understand your country.
Which service do you use for delivery?
Our parcels are traceable and delivered by different delivery companies depending on destination country. Some websites of selected countries are still not integrated with a global tracking system and cannot to show any result by your tracking number. Please consult our support for latest info about your parcel.
How quick is delivery within United Kingdom?
The time of delivery within United Kingdom is 3-5 business days. Some products specially marked with the United Kingdom flag may be delivered to United Kingdom addresses overnight (valid for United Kingdom addresses only).

The time of delivery within European Union is 3-7 business days. Some products specially marked with the European Union flag may be delivered to European Union addresses within 2-4 business days (valid for European Union addresses only). The time of delivery within the U.S. is 13 business days. Some products specially marked with US flag may be delivered to US addresses within 3-5 business days (valid for US addresses only).

The time of delivery to other countries is 13-16 business days.
What can be the reason for delays resulting in an increase in delivery time for my parcel?
Delivery time usually increases when there are national or global holidays, some local or global cataclysms and disasters, and issues like strikes etc.
What are the conditions for quick delivery?
We are able to offer quick delivery for selected medicines. Currently it applies only to customers with UK, US and EU shipping addresses. Please check our pages for a special mark (UK flag or US flag or EU flag beside the name of medicine in the prices table). Quick delivery is available only for orders that contain those medicines which we are able to deliver quickly. If your order also contains medicine that we currently do not ship quickly, your complete order will be sent by the usual (not quick) way.
Do you guarantee delivery to European countries?
Yes, we ensure successful delivery of our medicines to European countries. All our medicines for European countries are delivered from our European branches.
Do you guarantee delivery to U.S.?
Yes, we ensure successful delivery of our medicines to the United States. We deliver our medicines to the U.S from our U.S. and European branches.
Do you guarantee delivery to European countries?
Yes, we ensure success delivery our medicines to European countries. All our medicines for European countries are delivery from our European branches. The post between European countries does not go through customs terminals.
May I know the exact European country from which you will send my medicine?
We have several branches. Sorry, you as customer cannot arrange which branch will process your order. Usually, the parcel will be sent to you from the branch closest to you, taking into consideration availability.
Do you send to P.O. Box and APO/FPO?
We do not normally send to either P.O. Box or APO/FPO although there could be an exception in the case of PO Box addresses. Please contact support for details.
Is it possible to change delivery address after my order is sent?
Yes, this is possible before despatch. Please don't forget to send us confirmation of different billing and shipping addresses, as has already been mentioned above.
Is it possible to change the delivery address while my order is on the way to me?
Sorry, that is not possible. When your parcels are in the hands of the delivery company we are unable to change delivery address. In this case we strongly recommend that you contact our support via our online contact form as soon as possible.
What could prevent my parcel being delivered?
There are a number of reasons why a parcel cannot be delivered. The most common are: 1) No one was at home to receive items that require a signature. 2) A security system at the recipient's address may have prevented entry. 3) The address you gave us contained a mistake or was incomplete. Please check carefully all details of your address.
What will happen if it cannot be delivered?
If you are not at home when the delivery service attempts to deliver your order they will leave you a notification. You can then call them to arrange a new delivery time. Alternatively you could also pick up your order from the delivery service office.
